Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings
Onboard credit
What you get
You get credit to spend on an eligible Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania or Regent Seven Seas cruise. The amount depends on how many days you sail. It goes to the cabin you occupy and does not reduce your fare.
| Days | USD |
|---|---|
| Up to 6 | US$50 |
| 7–14 | US$100 |
| 15+ | US$250 |
What it takes
You need at least 100 NCLH common shares. Ownership date: You must still own the shares at the time of sailing.
You must occupy the cabin that gets the credit. You must have booked on or after 7 January 2019.
Before buyingA perk is a minor benefit of owning a share, not a reason to buy one. Share prices fall as well as rise, and dealing costs, spreads and tax can exceed a perk’s value. This page is not investment advice. Read about the risks.
Holding through a broker
Nominee holders must provide proof of ownership.
You can apply directly with a brokerage statement. We have not tested a claim through any broker, ISA, SIPP or retirement account.

Practical notes
Check before combining offers
The FAQ says you must choose between this credit and another offer. The main terms leave it to each cruise line to decide which offers can be combined. Ask before you count on both.
You can claim on another cruise
Apply for each eligible booking. A previous approval does not arrange credit for your next trip.
Joint holdings and solo travel
For joint holdings used to claim for separate cabins, you need at least 100 shares per cabin. Solo guests paying 200% of the fare get the full credit.
Use the credit before you leave
Unused credit is lost and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The offer can change
The cruise lines can change or withdraw the offer without notice. Check the terms before each claim.
History of the perk
The terms give a reservation cutoff but do not say when the programme began or when the credit amounts were set.
-
Current offer’s reservation cutoff
The offer applies to reservations made on or after this date. The terms do not say what changed then.
