What you get

Qualifying shareholders receive Gold status in ALL, Accor’s hotel loyalty programme, until 31 December of the year after joining the Shareholders Club.

After that, keeping Gold takes 30 hotel nights or 7,000 Status points a year. Holding the shares does not renew it. If you have been a club member before, you must wait five years for another free Gold grant.

Gold includes room upgrades and early check-in or late checkout when available, plus welcome drinks and extra Reward points on eligible stays. Club members can also book the hotel tours Accor announces.

What it takes

Before buyingA perk is a minor benefit of owning a share, not a reason to buy one. Share prices fall as well as rise, and dealing costs, spreads and tax can exceed a perk’s value. This page is not investment advice. Read about the risks.

Holding through a broker

Nominee holders must provide proof of ownership.

Accor has an application route for bearer shares held through a bank or broker. Ask your provider for the ownership notice described below. We have not tested any broker’s paperwork or claim service.

How to claim

  2. 2. Say how you hold your sharesChoose registered or bearer shares. If they are bearer shares, upload your proof. Fill in your contact details and submit the form.
  3. 3. Check your ALL accountMake sure your ALL account shows Gold before you rely on its benefits. Email the Shareholders Club if you need help with your application.

Bearer holders upload a scanned bank or broker notice confirming ownership, issued within the last three months. Registered holders need not submit proof.

Practical notes

Check your hotel’s benefits

Upgrades and early check-in or late checkout depend on availability. There are no upgrades at ibis, ibis Styles, Adagio, JO&JOE or hotels with only one room type, and some premium room categories are excluded. Check ALL’s benefits page for your hotel before you book.

Offers cannot be combined

You cannot combine Shareholders Club offers with other Accor promotions.

Member rates need no shares

Anyone can join ALL free and get its member rates. The shareholder benefit is Gold status, not a percentage off every booking.

Ask about ADRs and tax wrappers

The club terms cover registered and bearer Accor shares. They say nothing separately about ADRs, retirement accounts or other tax wrappers. Ask Accor if you hold shares in one of these ways.
