Tesla makes electric vehicles and battery-storage systems for homes and larger energy projects.
What you get
Tesla’s Shareholder Platform lets shareholders sign up for company news and become eligible for selection for in-person events. The 2026 proxy names product launches and delivery events among its examples. Selection is an opportunity, not a guaranteed ticket.
What it takes
Any Tesla shareholder can qualify for event selection, regardless of holding size.
Qualifying shares: Tesla shares.
Before buyingA perk is a minor benefit of owning a share, not a reason to buy one. Share prices fall as well as rise, and dealing costs, spreads and tax can exceed a perk’s value. Read about the risks.
Holding through a broker
Follow the platform’s instructions when registering. The general product-event description gives no separate process for shares held through a nominee, and no broker route has been tested.
How to claim
Follow the Shareholder Platform’s instructions. The 2026 proxy does not list any documents required for product-event selection.
- 1. Join the shareholder platformUse Tesla’s Shareholder Platform to register your interest and follow its instructions for your holding.
- 2. Read each event’s invitationTesla selects participants for in-person events. Check the terms for the particular event before making travel plans.
Dates
The published terms do not say when you must own the shares, how long you must hold them or when the benefit expires.
Practical notes
Product events and the annual meeting
The programme’s product-event opportunities go beyond ordinary shareholder-meeting attendance. A meeting registration or vote does not promise access to a launch.
