Caesars Entertainment

Shareholder discounts

Declined
What we found No shareholder discount Declined by the company

Caesars Entertainment runs gaming and hospitality destinations under brands including Caesars Palace, Harrah’s and Horseshoe.

What we found

Caesars answers the question directly in its investor FAQ: “We do not offer shareholder discounts.” That rules out a shareholder discount as a reason to expect a cheaper hotel stay or casino visit.

Caesars Rewards serves guests

Caesars describes its destinations as connected by the Caesars Rewards loyalty network. Those guest rewards are separate from share ownership; the investor FAQ’s refusal still applies to shareholders.

A takeover is pending

Caesars announced an agreement to be acquired by Fertitta Entertainment in May 2026. Its investor site still described the merger as pending in an October 2026 announcement. The takeover announcement says the shares will leave Nasdaq if the deal closes; it does not describe a consumer reward for shareholders.

Company story

Today’s Caesars Entertainment combines the former Caesars Entertainment and Eldorado Resorts. The familiar Caesars name covers several resort brands, rather than one casino.
