What happened to free popcorn?
AMC offered a free large popcorn to early Investor Connect signups for summer 2021. Its current page offers the pretzel deal instead. Ordinary Stubs membership still includes one free same-day refill after buying a large popcorn, excluding gourmet popcorn and promotional offers. That refill does not require shares.
Use the account when you buy
Stubs terms require an active account assigned to the purchase. AMC does not credit benefits retroactively for purchases made without an active membership.

The expiry above applies to this food campaign. AMC publishes no end date for Investor Connect or priority lanes. Check the rewards page before ordering; AMC can change or end benefits.
General Stubs offer rules
Stubs terms say limited-time ticket and concession offers have their own terms and cannot combine with other promotions or Stubs benefits, such as discounts and upgrades. Benefits, rewards and special offers are nontransferable, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash unless the law requires it.
Investors outside the US
AMC offers investor updates to people outside the US, but its current programme page says they cannot join Stubs.

AMC opens a direct line to retail shareholders
AMC launched Investor Connect to communicate with its retail shareholders. Investors who signed up at launch and in the following weeks were offered an initial free large popcorn to use when attending a film that summer at a US theatre. The launch allowed investors anywhere to sign up, while restricting the popcorn reward to US theatres. Today’s programme page instead offers investors outside the US updates without Stubs membership.
