Shareholders Reward Card

What shareholders got 10% off Discontinued 2,000 shares or more

This scheme has endedMosaic Brands entered administration on 28 October 2024. Its administrators announced that all stores were expected to close by mid-April 2025, and the company was removed from the ASX on 28 August 2025. The in-store card is no longer usable, although its terms remained online during the insolvency.

History of the perk

The archived investor page carried the same card terms from 2020 into 2025, including after administrators were appointed. No separate notice withdrawing the card was found.

  1. Removed from the ASX

The liquidators’ statutory report says Mosaic Brands was removed from the ASX official list for failing to lodge its preliminary final report due on 1 August 2024. The card terms were still on the issuer’s site on 11 August 2025.

  2. Stores to close

The administrators told creditors the businesses could not be sold and all stores would likely close by mid-April 2025.

  3. Administrators and receivers appointed

FTI Consulting was appointed voluntary administrator and KPMG receivers and managers on the same day. The investor page kept the card terms, adding the insolvency labels to the company name.

  4. Earliest archived terms

The issuer’s investor page said the card entitled holders of a minimum of 2,000 shares to 10% off purchases in all Mosaic Brands stores, excluding the online store, on application by email.
