Mosaic Brands was an Australian clothing retailer whose chains included Noni B, Rivers, Millers, Katies and Autograph. Its business closed in 2025.

The liquidators’ statutory report says Mosaic Brands was removed from the ASX official list for failing to lodge its preliminary final report due on 1 August 2024. The card terms were still on the issuer’s site on 11 August 2025.
